On placing your order you will receive an e-mail (sent to the order e-mail address), which contains a link through to your Purchase Order confirmation.

Please print out the Purchase Order as this is your Proof of Order placement.

A unique Purchase Order is created for each variety ordered.

We will then check delivery costs (of the combined purchase order's placed) and stock availability/season.

We then come back to you with an Order Approval e-mail, confirming the total due, including delivery.

All Delivery is charged at cost.

Our ordering system ensures that we do not accept your purchase without being able to dispatch the goods.

It also means that we can come back to you, pre taking your payment, should there be any complications or issues arising from your order.

Please note that delivery for our plants is only made in the UK.

Your Order Approval email will confirm the total of your Purchase Orders and the delivery costs incurred.

It contains details of how to pay, by credit card (PayPal), BACS or by cheque.

Once your remittance has been received, your goods will be despatched on a next day courier service.

Any special delivery instructions should be given on following receipt of your Purchase Order Confirmation email.
